Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our trading process, shipping logistics, payment terms, and legal policies.
Operations & Purchasing
Are you a scrap broker or a direct processor?
We are direct processors and traders. We buy unrefined scrap, process and refine it in our own physical facilities, and sell the high-yield materials directly to global manufacturers. We eliminate the middleman, ensuring you get verified quality at direct-source pricing.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity for international export is typically one 20ft or 40ft High Cube (HC) shipping container. The exact tonnage varies depending on the baled density of the specific material you are purchasing.
Do you buy scrap materials as well as sell them?
Yes. We actively purchase bulk raw commercial and industrial scrap (plastics, ferrous, non-ferrous, and paper) for our yards. We process, wash, and refine this raw intake for global resale. If you have bulk scrap to sell, please contact our procurement team.
Delivery & Shipping Logistics
What are your standard shipping and delivery terms?
We offer flexible global delivery tailored to your needs. Our primary terms are CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) where we handle delivery directly to your destination port, or FOB (Free On Board) if you prefer to arrange your own sea freight.
What documentation do you provide for customs clearance?
Our export desk ensures seamless port clearance. We provide a complete documentation packet including the Bill of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoice, Detailed Packing List, Verified Yard Weight Tickets, and mandatory AQSIQ/CCIC compliance certificates where applicable.
Can we conduct a third-party pre-shipment inspection?
Yes. We welcome and encourage pre-shipment inspections. You may hire independent agencies (such as SGS or CCIC) to visit our yard, test material purity, and oversee the container loading and sealing process.
Payments, Terms & Privacy
What are your accepted international payment terms?
To guarantee absolute financial security for both our facility and our buyers, we standardly operate via Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight or Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) (deposit against copy of the Bill of Lading). Custom terms can be negotiated for long-term contract partners.
How do you handle data privacy and confidentiality?
We strictly adhere to international B2B privacy regulations. All corporate data, purchase orders, pricing structures, and proprietary manufacturing requirements submitted through our website or via email are kept strictly confidential. We do not sell data to third parties, and we regularly execute NDAs with our manufacturing partners. (Please refer to our full Privacy Policy page for detailed data handling procedures).
What happens if there is a dispute regarding material quality?
Because we utilize strict 3-point grading and welcome third-party inspections before the container is sealed, quality disputes are exceptionally rare. However, our Terms of Trade clearly outline a fair resolution process. Any claims must be supported by verifiable testing at the port of arrival by a certified independent body within the agreed-upon timeframe.
