Premium Natural HDPE Milk Jug Regrind – 100% Hot-Washed Post-Consumer Resin

$75.00

Source ultra-clean, high-yield Natural HDPE Milk Jug Regrind directly from our advanced processing facility. Engineered for high-performance blow molding and extrusion, our 100% Post-Consumer Resin (PCR) is hot-washed, friction-scrubbed, and precision-ground to a uniform 10mm-12mm flake. Free from milk proteins, adhesives, paper labels, and PP caps, our natural translucent regrind offers excellent masterbatch pigment absorption and a stable Melt Flow Index (MFI). Secure reliable, REACH-compliant bulk delivery across all 27 European Union member states.

Directly Processed Natural HDPE for High-Performance Manufacturing

In the global plastics recycling industry, the purity of your Post-Consumer Resin (PCR) dictates the structural integrity and aesthetic finish of your final molded products. We are not brokers or aggregators; we are direct plastic processors. Every supersack of Natural HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) Milk Jug Regrind we export has been mechanically sorted, rigorously washed, and ground at our own facilities. By maintaining absolute control over the recycling chain, we guarantee a premium, contaminant-free polymer base that drastically reduces your machine downtime, prevents filter blockages, and maximizes your production yield.

Our premium regrind is sourced exclusively from post-consumer milk jugs and clear water bottles. The resulting “Natural” (translucent white) flake is the most highly sought-after grade of recycled HDPE because it acts as a blank canvas. It can be easily dyed with any color masterbatch, allowing manufacturers complete flexibility in their product design without the murky, gray undertones associated with mixed-color regrind.

Advanced Washing and Separation Technology

Raw, baled milk jugs present severe contamination challenges for plastic extruders, primarily from residual milk proteins, strong adhesives, paper or BOPP labels, and injection-molded Polypropylene (PP) caps.

To deliver a pure, melt-ready flake, our facility utilizes a state-of-the-art, multi-stage processing line:

  1. Optical and Manual Sorting: Bales are broken down and manually/optically sorted to remove any colored HDPE, PET bottles, or PVC contaminants before grinding.

  2. Precision Grinding: The jugs are shredded into uniform 10mm to 12mm flakes, ensuring consistent feeding into your hopper and extruder screws.

  3. Sink-Float Separation: Flakes enter a dense-medium sink-float tank. The lightweight HDPE floats to the surface, while heavier contaminants like PET label remnants, dirt, and glass sink and are extracted.

  4. Intensive Hot Washing & Friction Scrubbing: This is the most critical step. The flakes are subjected to a high-temperature caustic wash and heavy friction scrubbers. This completely strips away stubborn glues, sanitizes the plastic, and eliminates any lingering organic odors or milk fats that could cause bubbling (volatiles) during your melt phase.

  5. Centrifugal Drying & De-dusting: The regrind is spun dry and passed through a zig-zag de-duster to remove micro-fines, resulting in a moisture content strictly below 1%.

Industrial Applications and Versatility

Our highly crystalline Natural HDPE regrind boasts outstanding tensile strength, impact resistance, and chemical stability, making it the ideal raw material for a vast array of industrial applications across Europe:

  • Blow Molding: Perfectly suited for manufacturing non-food contact packaging, including heavy-duty chemical drums, industrial IBC totes, detergent bottles, and motor oil containers.

  • Pipe Extrusion: A staple material for producing corrugated agricultural drainage pipes, high-pressure water conduits, and telecommunications cable protection tubes.

  • Injection Molding: Widely utilized in producing durable logistics products such as heavy-duty pallets, waste bins, crates, and returnable transport packaging (RTP).

  • Plastic Lumber & Construction: Extruded to create weather-resistant composite decking, park benches, and marine retaining walls that outlast traditional timber.

Empowering the European Plastics Strategy

The European Union is aggressively enforcing its Circular Plastics Alliance and packaging waste directives, mandating higher percentages of recycled content in new plastic products. Relying on virgin petrochemical polymers is no longer economically or environmentally sustainable.

By integrating our hot-washed PCR HDPE into your manufacturing lines, your facility directly reduces its dependency on fossil fuels, lowers its carbon footprint, and actively participates in the circular economy. Our material allows European brands to meet their ESG goals and comply with upcoming EU plastic taxes, transforming waste management into a competitive advantage.

Seamless EU Logistics and REACH Compliance

Plastic manufacturers require continuous, high-volume supply chains. We possess the processing capacity and the logistical network to ensure your silos never run dry. We deliver direct to all 27 EU member states, providing tailored freight solutions built around your production schedule.

Whether you require 40ft High Cube containers loaded with FIBC Jumbo bags delivered to major ports like Rotterdam, Antwerp, or Hamburg, or overland truck freight directly to injection molding facilities in Central and Eastern Europe, we manage the entire process. Every shipment is fully compliant with European waste shipment regulations and REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) directives, ensuring a smooth, delay-free customs clearance process.
